Décevant surtout le musée ysl en fait juste le musée ysl
Le fait de ne pas avoir réservé directement auprès des Jardins m'a posé de gros problèmes d'entrée car je n'avais pas le QR code nécessaire. Dans ce cas, les agents à l'entrée n'étaient pas du tout coopératifs. Il a fallu que j'insiste lourdement pour avoir de l'aide et pouvoir enfin accéder à la visite !!!
I think this is a wonderful and beautiful place and a great location to visit. Unfortunately, this time I was unable to visit three museums. I purchased museum tickets on the morning of January 3 and planned to visit the museum on January 6 at 10:30 a.m. However, I was unable to fly to Marrakech on January 3, and as a result, I could not visit the museum and was also unable to receive a refund for the entrance ticket. I had to cancel the entire trip to Marrakech due to flight issues. Unfortunately, I was informed that a refund was not possible, as canceling my reservation could affect another group of people who were planning to visit this location at the same time as me. I hope to use this tour company’s services the next time I travel to Marrakech, and I hope that I will not have to cancel a museum ticket reservation then.
The start was horrible and ruined our mood, the gardens are beautiful but the entrance people were very rude and taking their time we were let in 27 minutes after our time slot which worried me about the 29 minutes past ticket expiration. Also there was no clarity with where to go after for all 3 venues and no clear sign on that start. I also saw the entrance staff hassle a 9 year old about his age and his poor parents couldn’t speak proper English.
Esperienza sopravalutata, sicuramente non vale 50 euro a persona, museo dell'arte berbera bellissimo, per il resto considero il prezzo spropositato, forse troppo pubblicizzato dai vari influencer
De security agenten die je overal volgen tijdens de YSL bezoek, is nergens voor nodig, ze dachten het subtiel te doen maar deze is niet goed overgekomen bij mij.
E’ assurdo fare 40 min di fila anche con la prenotazione fatta online. !!!
The line was so long to get in and the staff so grumpy We just wanted to see the house and not do the garden. We ended up just not doing it and left
It's a shame to pay €99 for two people for a 3 p.m. time slot and then have to wait in line for an hour and a half, especially when we paid to access the garden at a specific time. There were way too many of us for the same time. It feels too much like a business. It would have been much nicer to do small groups. So we gave up and left the line out of discouragement. No fun visiting the Marjorelle garden with everyone on top of each other. Not being able to take pictures without people in them.
