- The ticket is valid only for Jardin Majorelle on your selected date and time (no museum access included).
- You may arrive up to 29 minutes late, but early arrival is recommended
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable
- Children under 10 years old can enter for free, accompanied by an adult.
- Your official e-tickets will be sent via email one day before your scheduled visit. Check your inbox and the spam folder before your visit.
- There is no meeting point for this activity. You will enter the Majorelle Garden on your own.
- The Majorelle Garden is wheelchair accessible; however, some areas may be difficult to navigate with wheelchairs or strollers due to the natural terrain.

Since german credit cards don’t work on the Jardin Majorelle website (only way to book tickets) this is a great alternative for getting a ticket.

Very beautiful garden, the staff was very friendly and the organization of the place was very good.
Very nice gardens , would advise to go early as it gets really hot and busy as the day goes on. Also didn’t need to bring any ID nobody asked for it

The timed entry works well and the gardens are absolutely stunning. Well worth the entrance fee. The only problem I encountered was that many of us were unaware that you could only walk in one direction making it difficult to get back to an area that you may want to go.

Cool gardens and really nice staff! Quite small you can probably get round it in 45 minutes or less but definitely worth seeing
It’s a beautiful place and well-worth the visit. For planning purposes, you are in and out in under an hour. I’d highly recommend going first thing in the morning as there are fewer visitors at that time. PS I still regret not buying the Love bag in the shop!
