- The ticket is valid only for Jardin Majorelle on your selected date and time (no museum access included).
- You may arrive up to 29 minutes late, but early arrival is recommended
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable
- Children under 10 years old can enter for free, accompanied by an adult.
- Your official e-tickets will be sent via email one day before your scheduled visit. Check your inbox and the spam folder before your visit.
- There is no meeting point for this activity. You will enter the Majorelle Garden on your own.
- The Majorelle Garden is wheelchair accessible; however, some areas may be difficult to navigate with wheelchairs or strollers due to the natural terrain.

A really beautiful place and I would recommend it except that the garden could be bigger and the booking system is not great. I could only book with getyourguide as the company's QR code wasn't compatible with my phone and despite paying for both the garden and the small museum, getyourguide didn't pick up the Berber museum when they converted my ticket to the Marjorelle Garden preferred format so I wasn't allowed to visit that area. It's just really weird that the Marjorelle garden allow getyourguide to sell their tickets but refuse to allow anyone in if they have purchased a getyourguide ticket.
Make sure you book your tickets in advance, and check with different providers if the slots state full on the website, and there’s bound to be some available. It’s a beautiful garden and would be very beautiful and peaceful if not so busy with people queuing to get photos in certain spots.

It was a nice change from the very hectic everyday life in Marrakesh. It is very touristy, but at the same time well-kept and familiar. The garden itself is not too big, after an hour (very leisurely) you are through it. Overall, I really liked it and the garden is definitely recommended!
