Rating & Reviews
Tickets bought for 11:30 a.m. but received for 12:00 p.m. So, we were denied access at 11:30 a.m.
I payed more than I should have
Not much to see
The attraction is okay, but the ticket is twice as expensive as at the ticket office. I get that they're preying on the naive, but there should be some boundaries of decency
Really expensive for what it is
A crazy scam, a joke, an incredibly high price to see a garden. The botanical garden in Padua is way more beautiful and bigger, and it's free
Terrible. I won't be advertising you! I'm even going to post about your actions on social media. I was told that I would receive my entry tickets, according to your wording, "within 24 hours of purchase." I only received them 10 hours before the visit. I wrote to cancel my reservation on August 13 at around 8 a.m. because I was sick, and I was told that it wasn't possible because I was 10 minutes past the deadline! I wrote at around 8:15 a.m., and I should have done so before 8 a.m.! At that time, I wasn't even sure that you had registered my entry tickets because you hadn't sent them to me yet. You sent them to me on August 13 at around 8:33 p.m., and my visit was on August 14 at 8 a.m. So I saw my $100 disappear. That's dishonest!
Too expensive for what it is
Zero
