Bought 3 tickets, got a QR code for 2. I had to buy another ticket at a different time than the other 2, so we all lost 2 hours because of this inconvenience. Customer support isn't answering calls.
Welcoming and tolerance.
Ik heb helaas niet naar deze activiteit kunnen gaan doordat ik overvallen ben en al mijn spullen kwijt was. Telefoon, paspoort en portomonnee. Ik moest hierdoor op de dag van de activiteit naar rabat om een noodpaspoort te halen. Geen mede leven van het bedrijf, krijgen ons geld niet terug. Je zou toch denken dat dit een uitzondelijke situatie is en er gekeken kan worden hoe de klant hierbij geholpen kan worden. Na deze ervaring zou ik hier niet meer boeken.

Well I wasn’t able to go because I had a very urgent emergency and I asked the guide if I could rebook it for two days later, and he/she mentioned that I could not rebook it for another day so I lost all the money for this and the experience too.
