YSL museum wasn't opened when we attended, however we had been informed of this beforehand. We really enjoyed our afternoon at the Majorelle Garden, beautiful gardens to walk around and take some time out to listen to the birds and water features. A place of tranquility in a city that is very busy and noisy.

We thought it was a wonderful experience. The walk to the gardens is the usual busy Marrakech but you are rewarded by friendly cafés en route to the gardens. Start to queue for your allocated time early as the line gets long, the pavement busy. Once we were in we relaxed immediately. It really is an oasis of calm and beauty. The Berber museum was a delight, informative and full of the mst exquisite objects.. Although YSL wasn't the full experience due to partial closure, we loved what we could see and we saw him and his work in a whole new light. What a talent. A great day, highly recommend!
